- The property will be offered through Pattinson’s efficient online auction platform.
- Each auction cycle lasts 28 days, and if at the end of the cycle there is a bid equal to or greater than the starting price, the property is reserved.
- We will close the transaction with a 0% commission for you and you will keep the price achieved at the auction in full.
- When the buyer is awarded the property they will pay a non-refundable deposit, which ensures the completion of the sale (Pattinson Auction has a fall rate of less than 2%).
- Once the property has been reserved, Pattinson Auction’s lawyers, specialists in the sale and purchase of real estate, will take care of the entire process up to the signing at the notary’s office.
